1. I would like to train students to get out of their comfort zone, and challenge themselves to become better persons not necessarily technically, but also be mindful and open to differences

2. I want my students to aim higher, to be open, competitive, cooperative, and recognized globally on the things that they are working on or good at (Either being the best at SKKU or Korea is not our goal. We look beyond…)

3. Last but not least, I strive to create the positive synergy and co-work between Korean and International students/scholars. And, I believe in that different people can help each other
